Incoming mail to each of the accounts is checked at regular intervals throughout the day, Monday to Friday, and acknowledgements will be sent to let you know we have seen your message.
We try to answer emails within 48 hours but may take a little longer if we need to track down information, or are away teaching classes or attending events.
